Outpatient Ortho / Manual Physical Therapist at Cash Based Clinic
🌟 55-Minute One-on-One Care | $75K-$120K+ | Clinical Autonomy | Quality Over Quantity
📍 Delafield, WI
Practice Physical Therapy the Way You Always ImaginedWe're looking for a skilled orthopedic/manual therapist with several years of experience who is passionate about clinical excellence, lifelong learning, and helping redefine what's possible in physical therapy.
Why Therapists Choose Balance Within• 55-Minute One-on-One Care- One patient at a time-no double-booking or juggling multiple patients.
- The time and space to perform thorough evaluations, provide meaningful education, integrate manual therapy, prescribe exercise, and build lasting patient relationships.
- A calm, intentional pace that allows you to be fully present with each patient.
• Clinical Freedom & Autonomy- Practice with trust, professional respect, and the freedom to think critically.
- Utilize your unique strengths, interests, and clinical judgment to provide individualized care-not cookie-cutter treatment plans.
- Practice in an environment that values thoughtful decision-making, professional ownership, and exceptional patient outcomes.
• Quality Care Over Quantity- Typical caseload of 6-8 patients per day.
- A practice that prioritizes meaningful relationships, clinical reasoning, and long-term patient success over visit volume.
- AI-assisted documentation that supports efficient, high-quality documentation so your focus stays where it belongs-on your patients.
• Continuous Growth & Professional Development- Unlimited continuing education funding for and encouragement to pursue advanced certifications, residencies, fellowships, and specialty training.
- Learn alongside experienced clinicians who enjoy collaborating, sharing ideas, and challenging one another to continually improve.
- We believe great mentorship is a partnership-providing guidance, feedback, and support while encouraging every therapist to take ownership of their own professional growth.
- If you're naturally curious, seek feedback, and enjoy finding answers to challenging cases, you'll fit right in.
• Opportunities to Make a Bigger Impact- Help shape and expand specialty programs as your interests and expertise develop.
- Contribute ideas that improve patient care, team culture, and clinic operations.
- Opportunities to mentor others, lead projects, and grow into leadership roles as your experience and impact continue to expand.
What Success Looks LikeThe clinicians who thrive at Balance Within do more than provide excellent treatment. They also:
• Build trust and communicate clearly
• Inspire patients to commit to their care, stay engaged and achieve lasting results
• Take ownership of the patient experience
• Contribute positively to team culture
• Continually pursue growth and excellence
We believe exceptional outcomes aren't created through clinical expertise alone. They're built through trust, meaningful relationships, thoughtful communication, and empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery and long-term health.
Who Thrives Here? You may be a great fit if you:
• Have several years of orthopedic PT experience.
• Love to build meaningful relationships and communicate in a way that inspires trust, keeps patients engaged in their plan of care, and helps them achieve outstanding results.
• Have a genuine passion for lifelong learning and take initiative to seek answers, embrace feedback, solve problems, and continually refine your clinical skills. You're naturally curious, resourceful, and self-directed when faced with new challenges.
• Take ownership of your caseload and patient experience, exercising sound clinical judgment, professional accountability, and a commitment to continual improvement.
• Value both evidence-based practice and holistic, individualized care.
• Have "great hands" and enjoy incorporating manual therapies as a regular part of your practice (John Barnes Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, IPA and other Manual Therapy Courses are encouraged however not required)
• Are interested in orthopedics, women's/pelvic health, TMD/TMJ, manual therapy, chronic pain, wellness & prevention, or development of other specialties.
