Job Description: - Up to $10,000 Sign on Bonus For

- Location: Sports Medicine and Rehab 1053 MEDICAL CENTER DR ORANGE CITY, FL 32763
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm And Additional hours as events required
- Checks in with staff routinely, facilitates individualized developmental meetings, and completes performance appraisals accurately and within established timeframes.
- Plans and implements employee engagement activities, provides systematic feedback, and counsels staff as needed.
- Maintains area-specific productivity standards and overall performance through documentation.
- Assists with patient care within the scope of practice when available and required.
- Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and standards of accrediting bodies and payers.
Education: Field of Study: - Doctorate in Physical Therapy [Required]
Work Experience: - 2+ years healthcare experience [Required]
- 1+ supervisory/leadership experience [Preferred]
