Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Otolaryngologist-Head and Neck Surgeon to join our Portland, Oregon team. Fellowship training is not required, as the position is for a Comprehensive Otolaryngologist. However, we want to encourage all applicants, specifically with clinical interests or advance training in facial plastics & reconstruction, endocrine or head and neck surgery.

  • 1:7 call schedule
  • Teaching responsibilities in head and neck surgery
  • Convenient hospital facility layout, with the OR, clinic, and inpatient floors in close proximity to support collaboration with head and neck surgery partners
  • Well-rounded head and neck surgery partner team, including general head and neck surgeons and subspecialists (neurotology, laryngology, rhinology, facial plastics, gender-affirming care, cancer surgery)
  • Experienced support staff
  • Access to a physician-friendly, advanced Epic EMR

  • Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

The annual salary for this position is $379,500 - $462,800 prorated to $341,550 - $416,520 for the 4-day work week.  The salary range considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
