ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Conduct initial and follow up consultations on patients in a clinical setting
- Preform surgical ENT procedures within scope
- Collaborate with other Providers and health care teams
- Educate patient and family members on medications and treatment options
- Appropriately assess and document medical history and care plan
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Demonstrate respect for cultural diversity, age, and socioeconomic considerations
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
- Current state and national certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
