As an Occupational Therapist at Elderwood, you will:
Evaluate and treat residents recovering from illness, injury, surgery, stroke, orthopedic conditions, and functional decline
Develop individualized therapy programs focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, cognition, strength, and independence
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to support successful rehabilitation outcomes
Help residents safely return to meaningful daily routines and maximize quality of life
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in care planning
