OSP Fiber Engineer
The Opportunity:

Designs and supports outside-plant fiber infrastructure layouts, routing, installation, and testing. Ensures fiber systems meet mission and performance requirements. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision and mentors or supervises employees in both company and technical competencies.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience performing OSP fiber engineering for Federal, DoD, or large-scale technical infrastructure programs
• 5+ years of experience leading fiber design, complex routing development, installation management, or advanced fiber testing ensuring systems meet mission and performance requirements
• Experience directing OSP fiber activities across multi-site, mission-critical, or high-complexity environments involving stakeholders and operational constraints such as PWS C.5.2, C.5.4, H.11, L.6.1.1, and M.7.3
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
