Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Care: Deliver advanced orthopedic services to a diverse, multicultural border community population.
- Surgical Collaboration: Work closely alongside experienced orthopedic surgeons and a dedicated support team.
- Volume Management: Navigate a high-volume, collaborative practice environment with a quality-focused care approach.
- Digital Workflows: Document all patient care efficiently using the integrated Cerner EMR system.
- Shared Call: Participate in an equitable, team-coordinated shared call rotation schedule

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in orthopedic surgery
- Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain Texas licensure
- Spanish language skills a plus not required
