Take Your Clinical Practice to the Next LevelTherapy Partner Solutions (TPS) is seeking motivated physical therapists to join our Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program, a structured, high-impact training experience designed to accelerate clinical expertise and prepare clinicians for the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) examination.
This program combines
full-time clinical practice with advanced education and mentorship, helping you develop into a confident, highly skilled orthopedic clinician.

by clinicians, for clinicians-with a focus on real world application, mentorship, and long-term professional growth.
Residents participate in a
comprehensive blended learning model, including:
- 300+ hours of structured didactic education
- 150 hours of 1:1 mentorship
- Full-time patient care in an orthopedic setting
- Asynchronous and live virtual learning
- In-person weekend intensive courses

Eligibility Requirements- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
- Licensed (or eligible) in the state of practice
- Employed full-time by start of program
- APTA and Orthopedic Section memberships before program start
