• Proficiency in Origami Policy and Claims Systems development.
• Origami Lead Developer to develop and modify applications with leading a team of developers.
• Lead customer discussion with respect to base functionality and Customization
• Collaborate with system architects, vendors, and business partners.
• Train and mentor other staff members
• Design program logic to meet specifications and to adhere to development and architecture standards.
• Strong knowledge of origami techniques and principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Experience in Client interactions
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
• Define and communicate the technical vision and strategy for projects.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex software solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions and their alignment with business goals.
• Oversee the technical aspects of project delivery, including coding, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor and support the development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular technical reviews and audits to ensure quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with system architects, vendors, and business partners to integrate Origami Risk with other enterprise systems.
• Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support and improvements for deployed Origami Risk solutions.
