Overview

BerryDunn is seeking an Organizational Development Lead to join our Medicaid Practice Group. In this role, you will pair your strong business acumen along with confidence to oversee the OD team and interact with senior executives, lead groups and serve as a trusted advisor. Organizational development services at BerryDunn include change management, strategic planning, organizational analysis, organization design, workforce planning, staff modeling, executive and leader development, teams and workforce development for our health and human services client. This position reports to senior leaders on the Medicaid Practice Group team. This role will be located in our Kapolei, Oahu office.

Successful candidates should be willing to support Guam, which will minimally require supporting the client from 8 am to 12 pm Tuesday through Friday Chamorro Standard Time (ChST).

Travel Expectations: Travel to Guam is expected to be occasional. Future clients may require travel of up to 50%

You Will

Provide organizational development services to clients as they transform their organization to align with their business strategy. As a trusted advisor, you will provide leadership and guidance for clients and internal project teams in the following areas:

  • Lead the OD team in the organization analyses and the design and delivery of interventions that drive change and help ensure client and project success
  • Manage and monitor the project by identifying and tracking project risks, action items, issues, and decisions
  • Oversee the design and process for creating strategicplans
  • Lead the effort to examine the current and optimal organization structure
  • Conduct a staffing assessment and develop a workforce plan that meets short and long term client needs
  • Facilitate group discussions that build consensus and a shared vision that includes a plan with supporting documentation
  • Drive the design and delivery of leadership development programs, management development programs, employee development programs, and additional learning initiatives
  • Lead and contribute to the change management strategy, plan, and execution effort
  • Asses and intervene on client team dysfunctions
  • Oversee the assessment of the workplace culture and the creation, implementation, monitoring and measurement of action plans
You Have
  • Bachelors degree in related field (Business Administration, Psychology, Health and Human Services, etc.)
  • Masters Degree, in Organization Development, or Human Resources Management
  • 7+ years experience leading an organization development team or equivalentthat designs and deploys organization change initiatives
  • A high level of comfort navigating ambiguity and uncertainty, organized thinking and communication skills, and a willingness to engage in both strategic design and tactical implementation
  • Advanced knowledge of adult learning practices, succession planning, high potential and leadership development, organization design, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational culture development
  • Experience strategically assessing an organization through multi-pronged analysis, solution design and execution
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM), operational readiness training, and communications
Compensation Details

The base salary range targeted for this role is $125,000 - $145,000. This salary range represents BerryDunns good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications more than the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
