Full Job Description
Position Title: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead

Location: Hybrid - 2 days a week in Arlington, VA office

Other Considerations: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Required)

Position is contingent on contract award.

POSITION SUMMARY

Sprezzatura is seeking an experienced Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) resource to lead management, communications, training, and adoption activities supporting the implementation of a modernized financial and budget application for a federal client.

This is a hands-on lead position responsible for developing and executing the change management approach while also directly producing communications, training/readiness materials, and other OCM deliverables. The Lead will work closely with business stakeholders and functional and technical teams to prepare users for new processes, workflows, roles, and capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and execute the program's organizational change management, communications, training, and adoption activities
  • Conduct stakeholder, change-impact, and organizational-readiness assessments and translate findings into actionable change activities
  • Develop plans and execute stakeholder communications and engagement activities throughout implementation and rollout
  • Develop role-based training strategies, materials, job aids, and other user-support resources
  • Coordinate and support train-the-trainer, end-user training, rollout, and hypercare/readiness activities
  • Partner with functional and technical teams to understand upcoming changes and translate them into clear user-facing communications and training
  • Identify adoption risks, resistance, readiness gaps, and stakeholder concerns and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Establish and track readiness, training, communications, and adoption measures
  • Provide hands-on OCM support throughout implementation and continuously improve the change approach based on stakeholder feedback and adoption results

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • 7+ years of organizational change management, communications, training, or user-adoption experience supporting complex technology or business transformation programs, preferably within the federal government
  • Experience with stakeholder/change-impact assessments, communications, training development, readiness, and adoption
  • Experience supporting implementation and rollout of enterprise applications or workflow-based platforms
  • Strong facilitation, writing, presentation, and stakeholder-engagement skills
  • Experience working within Agile or iterative implementation environments
  • Ability to meet applicable Federal background investigation/security requirements

WORKING CONDITIONS

Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday. Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs. Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting on remote days.

PAY RANGE

The base salary range for this position is $132,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on geographic work location, relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, security clearance, and contract requirements. Geographic salary ranges are determined in accordance with the company's compensation practices and represent a good-faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting.
