About the role

The Organization & Work Design Transformation Lead will define and implement the future state HR operating model enabled by Agentic AI - clarifying how work shifts between humans and agents, how roles evolve, and how HR capabilities are rearchitected for scale and efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute on AI enabled HR operating models across service delivery, centers of excellence, and business partnering.
  • Redefine roles, accountabilities, and skills in a human AI workforce.
  • Lead job architecture, role clarity, and workforce impact assessments.
  • Partner with Change and Knowledge leads to ensure org design is adoptable and sustainable.
  • Support workforce planning decisions (build, buy, borrow, bot).
  • Advise senior HR leaders on structural implications of AI adoption.
