Job Description:Shift: Must be willing to workdays, nights, holidays, weekends, and call.

- Accurately distributes organs and/or specimens to transplant centers, labs and/or airports.
- Uploads pulsatile preservation data to the national organ sharing IT platform to facilitate timely communication with potential accepting centers.
- Ensures all aspects of the organ recovery process are performed to optimal levels in accordance with regulatory policies, and organizational procedures.
- Ensures stewardship of all donated organs and provides access to transplant programs by performing all perfusion, packaging, labeling and regulatory documentation in an expedited manner.
- Independently performs all aspects of kidney pulsatile preservation including cannulation, machine set-up and parameter adjustments, monitoring, trouble shooting and reporting requirements.

• Heart, lung, liver, kidney perfusion. [Preferred]
• Understanding of OPTN standards for organ packaging and labeling. [Preferred]
• Must have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care which addresses the physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety age-appropriate needs of the patient populations served within the department. [Required]
Education:- High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Work Experience:• 2+ years related experience [Required]
Licenses and Certifications:- NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) [Preferred] OR Technician in Surgery TS-C (NCCT) [Preferred] OR Registered Nurse (RN) [Preferred] OR Physician Assistant (PA) [Preferred] OR Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) [Preferred] OR Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator (CPTC) [Preferred] OR Emergency Medical Tech Cert (EMT) [Preferred] OR Licensed Paramedic (PARA) [Preferred]
