Salary Range: $106,000.00 to $133,000.00

The RoleDesigns and implements development training programs to enhance the effectiveness of managers and teams to increase organization productivity and customer satisfaction. Assesses critical business issues and designs organization development and strategic plans to enhance company performance. Facilitates design and implementation of reengineering and/or reorganization efforts. Advises on team design and performance. Provides development, coaching and training managers on leadership skills.
Additionally, this role:
- Conducts comprehensive organizational assessments (skill-gap analyses, competency mapping, and future-state workforce modeling) to inform L&D strategy.
- Develops and maintain a forward-looking learning roadmap that aligns with production-capacity forecasts, technology upgrades, and safety-performance targets.
- Designs, delivers, and evaluates data-driven learning solutions; use LMS analytics, OEE, defect-rate, and labor-productivity metrics to quantify impact and iterate programs.
- Partners with senior production leaders to translate assessment insights into actionable training initiatives and measurable ROI reports.
- Supports assigned business units as a dedicated Learning Partner.
Must HaveBachelor's Degree and 10 years of relevant exempt experience; Master's Degree and 8 year of relevant professional experience
One of the following may be used as equivalent to Bachelor's Degree to meet minimum qualifications:
- NNS Apprentice School graduate
- Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate
- Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience
- Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience
- High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience
- High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience
Nice to Have- In-depth knowledge of organizational development principles and practices: This includes knowledge of organizational design, performance improvement, talent management, change management principles and the ability to facilitate organizational change.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: This includes the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, as well as to communicate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: This includes the ability to collect and analyze data, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand the organization's vision, mission, and objectives, and to develop strategies that align with these goals.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to interpret and present findings.
- Facilitation and Coaching: Experience in facilitation and coaching, including leadership development and team coaching; having certifications like CPLP, SHRM-CP and ODCP are a PLUS.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
