You Are:A senior Oracle Utilities Integration Lead who brings both the architectural vision and the hands-on delivery credibility to own a complex integration workstream end-to-end. You understand Oracle CCS and C2M deeply enough to anticipate how core solution changes ripple across integrating systems - and you can communicate those impacts clearly to third-party vendors, client IT teams, and program leadership alike. You are equally comfortable whiteboarding integration architecture with an enterprise architect and troubleshooting a failing interface with a developer. You've led integration workstreams through the full lifecycle of a major Oracle Utilities implementation and you know what it takes to get every interface to green before go-live.
The Work:- Own and lead the end-to-end integration workstream for an Oracle Utilities IT Transition, covering all interfaces between Oracle CCS/C2M and integrating systems across billing, metering, field service, finance, and operational domains.
- Design and govern the integration architecture, establishing patterns, standards, and reusable frameworks for inbound, outbound, real-time, and batch interfaces across the Oracle Utilities ecosystem.
- Define integration patterns for Oracle CCS/C2M integrations with adjacent systems including AMI head-end systems, GIS, OMS, financial systems, field service platforms, and legacy utility applications.
- Serve as the primary integration SME for cross-system impact analysis - assessing how core Oracle CCS/C2M configuration and solution changes affect integrating systems and communicating required changes to relevant teams.
- Lead integration design sessions with third-party system owners, client IT teams, and middleware architects, producing interface control documents (ICDs), integration design specifications, and data mapping artifacts.
- Establish and manage integration testing strategy and execution, including integration testing, SIT, and end-to-end interface validation across all integration touchpoints.
- Manage and mentor a team of integration developers and analysts, setting delivery standards, reviewing technical designs, and ensuring adherence to integration architecture patterns.
- Track integration workstream status, risks, and issues - reporting pipeline progress, open items, and readiness across all interfaces to program leadership.
- Support cutover planning by defining integration-related cutover tasks, sequencing interface cutovers, and validating interface readiness ahead of each deployment event.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's what you need:- Minimum 7 years of experience designing and delivering integrations for Oracle Utilities CCS, C2M, or CC&B implementations, including ownership of integration architecture and interface design across multiple domains.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading an integration workstream on a full-lifecycle Oracle Utilities program, from integration architecture definition through SIT, UAT, and go-live.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or equivalent middleware platforms (MuleSoft, TIBCO, IBM MQ) in the context of Oracle Utilities integrations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years' work experience.
Bonus Points If:- You have an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) certification or Oracle Utilities CCS / C2M certification.
- You have experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) deployment patterns for Oracle Utilities integrations, including cloud-native middleware and API gateway configuration.
- You have familiarity with AMI head-end system integrations, including meter data exchange, remote connect/disconnect, and on-demand read workflows.
- You have prior experience on a gas utility integration program, including knowledge of gas-specific operational systems (SCADA, GIS, OMS, or equivalent)..
