Work You'll Do

As a Oracle Procure to Pay (P2P)- Integration Senior Consultant on the team, you will:
  • Lead and support the design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Procure-to-Pay solutions, including procurement operations, supplier processes, invoice processing, and related finance workflows.
  • Work with client business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, document current-state processes, and define future-state P2P processes enabled by Oracle Cloud.
  • Drive solution design decisions, functional specifications, and process improvements across Oracle Procurement, Payables, approvals, receiving, and related reporting.
  • Lead assigned workstream tasks through build, test, deployment, and stabilization, with accountability for milestone delivery, status reporting, and overall workplan quality.
  • Coordinate with client teams, third parties, and cross-functional Deloitte teams on integrations, reports, and downstream system impacts related to Oracle ERP Cloud implementation.
  • Support and help lead testing activities, defect resolution, cutover planning, training, and documentation updates so client teams can sustain the solution after go-live.
  • Mentor junior practitioners, contribute to deliverable development, and help manage day-to-day execution within scope and budget.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • 4+ years of Oracle implementation experience in consulting or industry, with clear depth in Procure-to-Pay, Procurement, Payables, or Oracle Cloud ERP delivery.
  • Experience supporting or leading at least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • 2+ years' experience with business process design, requirements gathering, functional documentation, testing, and deployment support.
  • Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
    • Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg)
    • Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
    • Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
    • Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
