THE WORK:As an
Oracle HCM Lead-Time & Labor and Absence Management, you will play a key role in delivering client engagements and driving successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with a focus on Time & Labor and Absence Management modules
- Gathering and translating business requirements into system configurations and functional designs
- Managing workstreams, timelines, and deliverables across project phases (design, build, test, deploy)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Payroll, Core HR, Benefits, etc.) to ensure integrated solutions
- Providing subject matter expertise and guiding clients on best practices and solution optimization
- Supporting testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and ensuring high-quality delivery
- Mentoring analysts and senior analysts, contributing to team capability development
- Engaging in business development activities, including proposals and client presentations
WHAT YOU'LL NEED (Basic Qualifications):- Bachelor's degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Oracle HCM, including hands-on experience with Time & Labor and Absence Management
- Strong experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or enhancements
- Proven ability to lead workstreams or small teams in a consulting environment
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE (Preferred Skills):- Experience across additional Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits)
- Oracle Cloud certifications in HCM modules
- Experience in Canadian payroll/workforce policies or North American implementations
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies
- Previous experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
