Responsibilities

  • Implement Oracle HCM Cloud Core Module and Help Desk solutions.
  • Analyze the impact and validate quarterly patches for HCM modules.
  • Configure and administer Oracle HCM for multiple regions and countries.
  • Customize reports, define concurrent programs, and manage functional setups.
  • Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and fit-gap analyses.
  • Develop and customize workflows in Oracle HCM.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues using the Oracle SR process.

Oracle HCM Configuration with HR Modules

Roles & Responsibilities

Prior Experience of Implementing Cloud HCM Core Module & Help Desk

Prior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation

Prior Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration

Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.

Prior experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.

Prior experience working on Journeys

Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows

Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis

Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation

Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology

Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantages

Nice to Have:

Prior knowledge of ORC, Talent, Compensation will advantage

Prior experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages.

Prior experience of migrating to Redwood pages will be advantages

Salary Range- $110,000-$120,000 a year
