Full Job Description
Technicalmust-have's
  • Very strongtechnicalexperience with Oracle Fusion products especially around SCM & Finance, CPQ.Experience with Manhattan WMS integrations would be a plus.
  • Very strongtechnicalexperience with API, FBDI loads, BIP , BICC, ESS jobs, Configuration e.t.c
  • Very strong experience with Fusion-based integrations and integration design patterns.
  • Very strong experience with performance monitoring, operational monitoring in Oracle Fusion.
  • Must have strong business acumen and should be able to present and build technology solutions taking into consideration the existing business processes and the need to transform them. Must be data driven in all aspects of solutioning including performance tuning.
  • Knowledge and understanding of SDLC best practices including automated code/configuration build and deployment lifecycles as well as code quality and unit tests.
Other must-have's
  1. Must be able to own and drive technical solutions end to end. Not just design and put it on paper but be able to do POC or work with relevant teams to deliver.
  2. Must be hands on, examples:
    1. If a BIP query needs tuning - must be able to execute the changes to certain extent.
    2. Not just find which API can be used where but build POC's around that.
    3. Schedule jobs, build monitoring process, User & Role Management, Schedule and manage Environment refreshes ,troubleshoot, work with Oracle Support, conduct working sessions for solutioning e.t.c
    4. Build Integrations E2E design, mapping documents e.t.c
  3. Propose, build, POC - solutions that work for a business case. "Think " how the product can be used for the business case and not adjusting the business case per product functionality.
  4. Deep understanding on ERP concepts.
  5. Performance tuning and optimization experience.
  6. Automation experience with configuration and change management in Fusion.
