Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service Consultant with a strong background in the Construction/EPC domain. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions and a deep understanding of mobile workforce management, field operations, and dispatch processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and configure Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide expert consulting on mobile workforce management, field operations, and dispatch processes.
- Contribute to the design and optimization of service lifecycle management strategies.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and drive process improvements.
- Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to client teams.
Required Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Oracle Field Service consulting experience.
- Relevant hands-on Construction/EPC domain experience.
- Mandatory Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) skills including Routing & Scheduling, Capacity Management, Mobility Configuration, Resource Management, Work Order Management, and Dispatch Console.
- Technical proficiency in Oracle Field Service Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Services, Data Migration, Workflow Configuration, Mobile Application Configuration, and Reporting & Analytics.
- Functional expertise in Field Service Operations, Workforce Scheduling, Dispatch Optimization, Asset Maintenance, Crew Management, Work Order Lifecycle, Service Level Agreements (SLA), Resource Planning, and Inventory & Materials Tracking.
- Strong soft skills in Client Engagement, Stakeholder Management, Problem Solving, Leadership, Communication, Training & Knowledge Transfer, and Process Improvement.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of Oracle Field Service consulting experience.
Preferred Skills:- Experience within EPC, Infrastructure Construction, Utilities, Energy, Telecommunications, or Power Delivery Organizations.
- Oracle Field Service Cloud Certification.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP ecosystem, Oracle Fusion SCM, Oracle Maintenance Cloud, Oracle PPM, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- MasTec-Specific Experience in Power Transmission & Distribution, Renewable Energy Construction, Pipeline Infrastructure, Telecommunications Network Deployment, Data Center Construction, Utility Services, Civil Infrastructure Projects, and Water & Wastewater Operations.
