Lead the design and implementation of enterprise analytics solutions using Oracle FDI, Oracle AIDP, OAC, and ODIMP. Architect and develop dimensional data models (fact and dimension structures) to support cross-functional reporting and analytics.

Design and implement data integration frameworks to consolidate data from Fusion and multiple non-Oracle source systems into a unified analytics platform.

Lead development of AIDP workflows, data pipelines, extensions, and custom analytical solutions.

Drive performance optimization across ETL processes, SQL queries, data models, dashboards, and reporting workloads to ensure scalability and reliability.

Provide technical leadership to offshore teams, including solution design reviews, code reviews, estimation, and delivery governance.

Coordinate seamlessly with onsite teams to ensure alignment on requirements, design decisions, delivery timelines, and issue resolution.

Engage in direct client communication to clarify requirements, present solution approaches, address concerns, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Perform detailed validations across ingestion pipelines, transformations, semantic models, and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to business rules.

Prepare high-quality design documents, technical specifications, and architecture diagrams to support development and stakeholder understanding.

Conduct peer reviews for design, code, and test deliverables to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and architects to translate requirements into scalable analytics and reporting solutions.

Ensure adherence to data governance, security, deployment standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience: 10+ years in Data warehousing & analytics with strong experience in Oracle FDI, Oracle AIDP, OAC, ADW, SQL, Data Modeling and Enterprise Data Integration
