The work:
As anOracle Cloud HCM Tester, you will lead the testing effort and team to plan, construct, and execute release tests. You will apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics for managing and assessing the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution. You will leverage your business and functional knowledge to meet the team27s overall test objectives while coaching and advising testers as required.

This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experienceas an Oracle Tester with TOSCA, including experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
- Bachelor27s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in defining and implementing metrics to assess testing processes.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and ensure alignment on testing objectives.
- Oracle Cloud Certification
