Job Description
You extend and repair Oracle E-Business Suite for a mission inventory system, in PL/SQL, Forms, Reports and Workflow, and you build the pieces of the new cloud system that make warehouse data and Oracle agree. Full time, W-2, based in Fairfax, Virginia with some telework, starting October 2026.
What you will do- Design, build and test customizations, extensions and interfaces for Oracle E-Business Suite: PL/SQL packages, Oracle Forms and Reports, Workflow Builder, concurrent programs, OAF and APIs.

- Build and maintain the interfaces that carry inventory, order and shipment data between Oracle and third-party warehouses, with validation before posting.
- Support data migration from the legacy system to the new system, including reconciliation scripts and cutover validation.
- Fix defects within release cycles, apply security principles in code, and keep technical documentation current.
- Support patch impact analysis and retrofit customizations after Oracle patches.
What you need- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field plus 7 years of Oracle E-Business Suite development, or 10 years of related experience.
- At least 4 years each of PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Reports, and Oracle Workflow Builder, and 6 years across Oracle EBS applications.
- 4 years applying security principles in development.
- Experience with supply chain modules (Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing or WMS).
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain an HHS Tier 2 public trust determination.
What sets a candidate apart- EBS 12.2 and OCI-hosted EBS.
- Oracle Integration Cloud, REST and SOAP web services, X12 EDI.
- Agile delivery with GitHub Enterprise.
- cGMP or Part 11 validated software.

- Medical and prescription coverage, dental and vision, with employer-subsidized premiums for employees and dependents
- 401(k) with employer match
- Group life insurance at no cost to you
- Short-term and long-term disability
- Paid time off, 11 federal holidays, paid sick leave, bereavement leave

- You must be a U.S. citizen and obtain and keep an HHS Tier 2 (moderate risk) public trust determination; no security clearance is required

- Work is done on customer-furnished or SPN-furnished equipment under HHS security rules
