What you will do
  • Administer Oracle Database 19c on Linux for the legacy and cloud environments: installation, upgrades, security controls, auditing and space management.
  • Run the backup regime, test restores on a schedule, and maintain Data Guard standby and the recovery configuration.
  • Use Oracle Enterprise Manager for monitoring, alerting and diagnostics; keep availability inside the service levels.
  • Apply database patches on the customer's cycle with tested rollback; keep configuration baselines and STIG-aligned hardening current.
  • Support the developers and integration team with schemas, database links, performance analysis and data migration between the legacy and cloud systems.
  • Produce the compliance evidence the databases contribute to.
  • Serve in the 24x7 on-call rotation.
What you need

What sets a candidate apart
  • Oracle Certified Professional.
  • Databases under Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure database services.
  • FISMA or FedRAMP environments.
