The WorkResponsibilities:- As an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Comp and Benefits Consultant, your daily tasks will include:
- Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Comp and Benefits modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Support implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Comp and Benefits modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.
- Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Payroll functionalities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM Payroll configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.
- Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reports
- This is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of 3 days per week at your local office.
Here's what you need:- At least 5 years real-time hands-on functional/technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Comp and Benefits modules
- Configure application functionality and assist with testing to ensure quality delivery
- Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Bonus Points If:- SQL query experience
- Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus
