In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives
• Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes
• Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks
• Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets
• Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies
• Engage in resource allocation, and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals
• Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations

• Specialized in managing large-scale ERP projects with a focus on strategic alignment, resource optimization, and stakeholder collaboration
• Proactive planning to align project financials with organizational goals
• Expertise in leading organizational change and fostering professional development within teams
• Expertise in refining project management methodologies, risk mitigation, and quality assurance
• Fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and perspectives
Required Skill and Experience• Experience in Functional consulting, and solutions architecture.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud PPM modules, Project Financials Management as well as Project Execution Management.
• Experience in Oracle Project Management Cloud.
• Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR).
• Strong understanding of Data models and overall cloud Fusion Architecture including PPM upstream and downstream processes.
• Has worked on multiple Oracle Cloud implementation programs.
• Hands on experience in solution development / configurations for Oracle PPM modules.
• Certified Oracle PPM Cloud modules.
Preferred Skill and Experience• Strong conceptual knowledge and experience in P2P, R2R, O2C and A2R cycle.
• Knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes.
• Rapid prototyping experience
• Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires flexibility of hours.
• Experience in RICEW design.
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
