Oracle Cloud Lead Minimum of bachelors degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent 10+ years experience in IT including 7+ years of experience in DevOps and Oracle Cloud Engineering Has gone through 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations with environment management responsibilities Experience in managing Cloud environments both in non-Production and Production, working with Oracle to spin up the environments, perform tenancy administrator responsibilities like application subscription management, setting up admin users with specific job functions. Experience of integration with IAM service for authentication and authorization, preferably OKTA Experience in managing environment families to associate deployment of Fusion services Experience in managing health and lifecycle status of the environments Managing permitted updates to the environments and documenting it properly, so the changes are migrated across all the environments as required to meet business requirements Experience in managing and reporting environment specific performance and lifecycle metrics Experience of working with Infrastructure admins to enable integrations with third party applications Experience in refreshing Cloud environments, managing outage and downtime at the global level and communicating according to Driscolls environment refresh procedures Advance skills in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) English required at an advanced proficiency level Combines strong business acumen/experience and deep IT knowledge
