Job Summary
The Oracle Cloud Financial Functional Consultant will be responsible for supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Advanced Collections. The role requires 14+ years of Oracle Financials experience, strong hands-on functional expertise in AR and Advanced Collections, and a solid understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The consultant will work closely with business users and technical teams to translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions and support implementation, testing, deployment, and production activities. This is an onsite role three days per week in the Bay Area, California.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials with a focus on AR and Advanced Collections.
• Configure and support Accounts Receivable, Receivables, Customer Accounts, Receipts, and Collections.
• Configure and support Advanced Collections strategies, scoring, collection processes, and Collector Workbench.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud functional solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scenarios.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and production support.
• Work closely with business users and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Required Qualifications
• 14+ years of Oracle Financials experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Strong hands-on functional expertise in Accounts Receivable and Advanced Collections.
• Strong understanding of O2C processes.
• Experience with AR, Receivables, Customer Accounts, Receipts, and Collections.
• Experience with Advanced Collections strategies, scoring, collection processes, and Collector Workbench.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Experience preparing functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scenarios.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work onsite three days per week in the Bay Area, California.
