This role involves leading complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful deployment for public sector clients. The role requires a hybrid schedule of 1 week remote, then 1 week on-site in Washington, DC, and travel expenses are covered.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead functional implementation on complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Finance projects.
Conduct fit-gap analysis, business process design, and manage the full Oracle ERP deployment lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and cutover.
Write and maintain Configuration WorkBooks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle ERP systems with other software solutions.
Ensure successful data conversion and interface development across Oracle Cloud Finance modules.
Job Requirements:
10+ years of Oracle implementation experience.
7+ years of experience leading Oracle ERP deployments.
Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Finance modules: GL, FAH, AP, AR, PO, FA, and Analytics.
Proven track record in data conversion and interfaces.
Experience in Public Sector Accounting required.
Experience with Projects and Grants is a must.
Public Sector experience preferred.
Ability to be on site 50% of the time in Washington, DC (alternating weeks remote).
