Description About the role We are seeking an experienced
Oracle Cloud EPM Technical Lead to lead the end-to-end design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. This role will serve as a technical expert and strategic partner, driving scalable, business-focused solutions across the EPM landscape.
Reporting to the Director, Corp Apps & Product Engineering, the ideal candidate combines strong technical capabilities with a solution-oriented mindset, has experience leading complex implementations, and can effectively collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-impact financial planning and reporting solutions.
The hiring range for this position is $166,750 to $186,750 annually, exclusive of benefits or bonuses (discretionary and non-discretionary), based on experience and proximity to the Vienna Home Office.
You Will - Requirements gathering, development and deliver solution-oriented applications using Oracle Cloud EPM Planning modules
- Requirements gathering, development, configuration, testing and delivering solution-oriented applications using Oracle Cloud EPM FCCS modules
- Requirements gathering, development and deliver solution-oriented applications using Oracle Cloud EPM EDM modules
- Document technical and functional requirements
- Work closely with Finance team and other stakeholders though all stages of project life cycle
- Quickly learn new Oracle cloud EPM modules, tools and technologies
- Support existing implementations in Oracle Cloud EPM
About You - 5+ years of experience of Oracle EPM Cloud planning, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), and Enterprise Data Management (EDM.
- Candidates with expertise in additional Oracle EPM modules, such as Account Reconciliation, Narrative Reporting, Tax Reporting, or Profitability and Cost Management, are highly preferred.
- Must be a hands-on leader.
- Experience in influencing business partners in making use of out-of-the box capabilities and following industry standard business processes.
