Role Overview:This role involves leading end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Asset Management (Maintenance Cloud), focusing on comprehensive asset lifecycle management, maintenance programs, and integration with various Oracle modules to optimize operational performance and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Asset Management (Maintenance Cloud) implementations.
- Conduct business requirement gathering workshops and perform fit-gap analysis, recommending best-practice solutions.
- Configure Oracle Asset Management modules and processes, supporting testing, data migration, training, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Configure and manage Asset Registration, Asset Hierarchies, Asset Relationships, Asset Classification, and Critical Asset Tracking.
- Define asset lifecycle processes from acquisition through retirement, supporting commissioning and handover activities for EPC projects.
- Configure preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, including Maintenance Work Orders, Schedules, Inspection Programs, and Asset Health Monitoring.
- Support the transition of assets from project construction to operations, defining asset capitalization and commissioning processes.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate asset master data creation and facilitate construction-to-maintenance handover workflows.
- Integrate Asset Management with Oracle SCM Cloud, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Spare Parts Management.
- Work closely with Finance teams to integrate with Oracle Financials, supporting Capital Asset Tracking, Asset Capitalization, Fixed Assets Integration, and Depreciation-related processes.
- Analyze asset performance and maintenance trends, implementing reliability-centered maintenance practices.
- Support KPI monitoring including Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Asset Availability, and Maintenance Backlog.
- Develop OTBI Reports, BI Publisher Reports, Maintenance Dashboards, and Asset Performance Analytics.
- Create functional specifications and test scripts, conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot production issues, support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, and train maintenance planners, engineers, and end users.
Required Skills:- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Asset Management (Maintenance Cloud) implementation.
- Proficiency in business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution recommendation.
- Strong configuration skills across Oracle Asset Management modules and processes.
- Experience with Asset Lifecycle Management, including registration, hierarchies, and classification.
- Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance program configuration.
- Familiarity with EPC project asset handover, capitalization, and commissioning processes.
- Integration experience with Oracle SCM Cloud, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Spare Parts Management.
- Integration experience with Oracle Financials, Fixed Assets, and depreciation processes.
- Ability to analyze asset performance, implement reliability-centered maintenance, and monitor KPIs.
- Proficiency in developing OTBI Reports, BI Publisher Reports, and maintenance dashboards.
- Experience with functional specifications, test script creation, SIT, UAT, and production support.
