Optometrist OD [Full-Time] - Raleigh-Durham, NC

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited program
• State optometry license in good standing
• Leadership experience in a clinical setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to patient care and community involvement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with surgical processes and LASIK preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of optometrists and staff
• Conduct comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
• Manage patient care and treatment plans
• Oversee clinic operations to ensure quality service
• Promote LASIK and other vision correction procedures
• Participate in community outreach and education programs
• Collaborate with ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals
