Baird Optical Co Inc is seeking an Optometrist to join its growing practice in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated provider who wants to make an immediate impact, support additional patient care hours, and potentially grow into a future partnership role as the practice continues to expand.
What you'll do:
As an Optometrist at Baird Optical Co Inc, you’ll provide comprehensive eye care for a diverse patient base, typically seeing about 15 patients per day, while performing routine and medical eye exams, supporting the optical team, and collaborating with staff to create a seamless patient experience. Available on a part- or full-time basis, 20 to 40 hours per week, this role is a flexible opportunity to contribute to a growing practice that values clinical quality, teamwork, community connection, and continued growth.
Who you are:
You’re a motivated, patient-focused Optometrist with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to providing high-quality care. You’re punctual, dependable, and comfortable working with patients of varying ages and visual needs while partnering with the team to support a positive patient experience. An interest in helping the practice grow through services such as dry eye care, pediatrics, or other specialty areas is welcomed but not required.
