Advantage Vision Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, led by the state’s first African American female optometrist, is now hiring a full-time clinical optometrist with buy-in potential. This welcoming practice focuses on caring for patients, promoting whole-body wellness, and supporting long-term health. What you'll do:

As a Clinical Optometrist at Advantage Vision Center, you are responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of optometric services, including eye examinations, disease diagnosis and management, vision correction, contact lens fittings, and both pediatric and adult care. Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment such as OCTA, DA, Oculus, UBM, eyekinetix, ColorDx, Optos, specular Keratograph, MPOD, RF, IPL, and LLLT, you will ensure precise diagnoses and tailored solutions for every patient. This full-time role involves 32 hours of patient care each week, with an average of 20 patients per day, fostering a dynamic and collaborative environment where the provider, supported by a skilled team, offers compassionate and seamless care to individuals of all ages, while upholding the practice’s commitment to wellness and community engagement.
