Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Optometrist to provide exceptional primary eye care services. The ideal candidate will be proficient in conducting comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosing visual and ocular health issues, and prescribing corrective lenses or treatments. This role involves working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive eye and vision examinations.
• Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and disorders.
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and medications as necessary.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgeries.

Qualifications:
􀀋 Education: Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school.
􀀉 Licensure: Active and unrestricted license to practice optometry in Louisiana, issued by the Louisiana State Board of Optometry Examiners.
• Certifications: Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
