Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Operations projects as a liaison between program management and project teams.
• Develop and communicate operational priorities and strategies with program management.
• Act as a single point of contact to relay program statuses and resolve issues.
• Coordinate Operations activities with Program Managers to align delivery schedules and cost targets.
• Identify opportunities and challenges across the organization to foster alignment.
• Analyze detailed reports on product status and operational efficiency, implementing corrective action as needed.
• Review capital budget requests and advocate for improvements in facility operations.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services according to contractual agreements.
