The Integrated Survivability Solutions (ISS) product line within the Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) business area has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Program Manager to join the team. The Product Line is well positioned for growth in the coming years and is looking for a dynamic individual to join us. This Operations Program Manager, (OPM), will oversee the coordinating of Operations activities on a development program. The OPM is the single point of contact for the Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams and is responsible for the execution of the program.
Responsibilities include:
Oversees and manages Operations projects and serves as liaison between the Program Office, Supply Chain, Subcontracts, Planning, Quality, and the factory.
Prepares project execution plans and identifies technical and factory resources needed to meet the businesses goals and objectives.
Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports for the Program Manager and/or directly for the Customer.
Required Skills and Education
Bachelor's Degree and experience within operations or 4 years experience in absence of degree.
Strong communication as a liaison between Operations and Program Management, with the ability to influence and lead teams.
