  • Knowledge of Marine Corps formal learning center policies and training systems.
  • Formal School Instructor certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to all training curriculum and material development activities as required.
  • Conduct training events that include NET, ETT, On-Site, and Over-the-Shoulder.
  • Provide all required post-event reporting and documentation.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in training delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance training materials.
