Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Marine Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience embarking on ships while meeting all medical/safety readiness requirements.
• Minimum five years of experience executing formal at-sea test procedures and writing At-Sea Test Plans/Reports.
• Experience conducting dockside grooms during at-sea operations.
• Eight or more years with at-sea multi-target tracking scenarios and undersea range concepts is preferred.
• Five years of hands-on data analysis experience with tactical system and acoustic telemetry data is preferred.
• Requires U.S. Citizenship and an active government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Embark on ships to support at-sea testing operations.
• Execute formal at-sea test procedures as outlined in prepared plans.
• Write and manage At-Sea Test Plans and Reports effectively.
• Conduct dockside grooms to prepare systems before testing.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure safety and procedural compliance during tests.
• Analyze data from tactical systems and acoustic telemetry for performance assessments.
• Maintain compliance with all safety readiness requirements while on board.
