- You will be the administrator of JobDiva, our Applicant Tracking System. The administrator of this ATS includes:Setting up access and partnering with stakeholders to evolve the ATS based on the business needs;Setup and reconciling the system to ensure appropriate customer structure and billing;Educating all users as they first integrate with the system and then on an adhoc basisUnderstanding the capabilities of the ATS and working within our internal team to evaluate/evolve processes and increase automationManage ad hoc, non-customer billing, reporting
- You will work across all the Operations functions to include credentialing, payroll and system management to be able to support other team members;
- You will manage various reporting using different systems;
- You will manage other duties as assigned.

Required experience for the success of this role:
- Subject matter expert with JobDiva
- 10+ years experience in a Healthcare staffing organization
- Comfortable working within several separate systems/tools to review, interpret or enter data
- Strong project management, writing, and verbal communication skills
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent required; preferably Bachelor degree in business, marketing, human resources or related field
The base pay range for this position is:
$71,130 - $97,801
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
