What You Will Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive baseline assessments of industrial capabilities by analyzing production data, maintenance metrics, and operational risks.

  • Gather, clean, and prepare data from various sources to populate and validate a prioritization tool and analytical models.

  • Help develop a data dictionary, database schemas, and API specifications to ensure the tool is scalable and ready for future expansion.

  • Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and subject matter experts to create a robust, scalable, and defensible system for decision support.

  • Document technical specifications, methodologies, and architectural workflows for the prioritization framework and tool.


What You Will Need:

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or another relevant STEM field.

  • Minimum THREE (3) years of relevant experience

  • Proven experience in developing and applying quantitative models, decision support tools, or BCA methodologies.

  • Proficiency with data analysis and willingness to learn new software platforms and tools.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling.

  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, including defining requirements for configurable software.

  • Experience developing or working with database schemas and API specifications.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with an ability to adapt to new challenges.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting complex technical concepts and presenting findings.

  • Interest in AI/ML applications, optimization, and simulation for industrial processes.
