Titre du poste : Operations Program Engineer-Analyst

Le candidat sélectionné travaillera à coordonner des plans d'action, gérer des projets et mettre en œuvre des stratégies à travers plusieurs fonctions et équipes. Ce poste constitue une excellente occasion pour vous de découvrir la livraison de moteurs chez Pratt & Whitney Canada, d'interagir directement avec les clients en tant que point de contact principal et de contribuer concrètement à l'atteinte des résultats.

Vous aurez l'opportunité de collaborer avec des employés de tous les secteurs de l'entreprise afin d'assurer une mise en œuvre fluide des projets en Opérations et d'atteindre les objectifs de livraison clients.

Ce rôle vous offre la possibilité de travailler sur de nombreux aspects d'un programme, de la stratégie à long terme à la résolution de problématiques urgentes.

Le poste s'effectue à notre établissement de Longueuil du lundi au vendredi, selon des horaires flexibles et exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?
  • Gérer les projets et leurs échéanciers, coordonner les parties prenantes et assurer leur clôture.
  • Participer aux IPT pour garantir une transition fluide des nouveaux modèles ou changements d'ingénierie vers la production (MRP, approvisionnement, capacité, délais, coûts, logistique).
  • Identifier risques et enjeux programmes, définir des stratégies, coordonner les actions d'approvisionnement et limiter les surstocks.
  • Collaborer et négocier avec les équipes clés (Marketing, Ingénierie, Approvisionnement, Fabrication, MED, Après-vente) pour aligner stratégies et livraisons.
  • Assurer le suivi des programmes, produire des rapports et escalader les enjeux au besoin.
  • Mettre en œuvre les stratégies d'approvisionnement et identifier des opportunités optimisées via des business cases.
  • Définir les stratégies d'outillage et gérer les budgets d'ingénierie et de démarrage.
  • Coordonner les unités Opérations pour gérer les impacts clients (upgrades, retours, campagnes, etc.)
  • Fournir estimations, plans de production et support aux demandes marketing et propositions.
  • Interagir avec les OEM pour répondre aux enjeux de production et de livraison avec des plans clairs.
  • Suivre les impacts des changements d'ingénierie, alertes critiques et non-conformités.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Baccalauréat, idéalement en génie ou en gestion des opérations
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience
  • Une expérience au sein d'une unité Opérations ou chaîne d'approvisionnement chez P&WC est un atout
  • Connaissance de SAP et des outils PLM
  • Capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes, à communiquer clairement et à piloter des projets
  • Certification PMP est un atout


Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Job title : Operations Program Engineer-Analyst

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Manage projects and project timelines, driving collaboration across organizations, and execute actions to bring projects to closure
  • Actively participate within IPTs (Integrated Project Teams) to ensure seamless transition of new models or engineering changes into production. Must ensure MRP (scheduling), sourcing, capacity, lead time, tooling, product cost, appropriate clearances and logistics meet program objectives.
  • Understand specific program issues and risks, develop strategies to meet program objectives or resume production, assess requirements for risk hardware procurement and recommend solutions to resolve specific issues, while minimizing risk of building excess inventory. Coordinate and decide on actions to resolve supply issues.
  • Negotiate and liaise with Marketing, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, MED (Manufacturing Engineering Development) and Aftermarket to achieve requirements and obtain buy-in for strategies and delivery dates.
  • Provide program status reports to the OPM manager, directors and marketing as required along with recommendations. Escalate issues as required to achieve resolution. Support senior leadership in communicating Operations issues with customers.
  • Implement timely new program sourcing and FSC objectives, exploring alternative opportunities with sound business cases.
  • Establish tooling strategies and business cases for assigned programs, execute
  • expenditures to plan for Engineering and Start-up budgets.
  • Coordinate the different Operations business units in support of OEM Upgrade programs, short ships, returns, campaigns, etc. to fix or alleviate consequences of issues to customers.
  • Produce or coordinate production or estimates and evaluations to support marketing inquiries (SSEQs) and proposal inquiries
  • Engage directly with OEM to answer engine production and delivery related questions providing clear plans, offering timely solutions and clarifying expectations
  • Review and manage impacts of Engineering Changes, Red Flag Notices and escapes


What do you need to be successful?
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in an Engineering or Operations Management discipline +5 or more years of work experience
  • Experience working in a P&WC Operations or supply chain business unit is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP and PLM.
  • Ability to solve difficult and complex problems, communicate clearly and lead projects.
  • PMP accreditation is an asset


This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
