- Track sales execution: hot-lead follow-up, auto/fire quote activity, referrals, short-term disability and Life opportunities, and live lead conversion.
- Run brief daily leadership check-ins, document performance gaps and corrective actions, and provide Hank a concise daily exception report and weekly performance review.
- Coordinate schedules, coverage, onboarding, training and process improvements; maintain a positive, accountable team culture.
AUTHORITY AND REPORTINGDirectly accountable to Hank. Authorized to set daily priorities, review performance, coach leaders and recommend corrective action. Hank retains final decisions on hiring, termination, pay and formal discipline.
IDEAL CANDIDATE- Proven manager of 10+ employees; insurance agency or comparable high-volume sales/service operations experience preferred.
- Highly organized, confident and personable leader who follows through, handles difficult conversations professionally and builds trust.
- Strong Excel/reporting skills, KPI management, workflow improvement and comfort with CRM/task systems; State Farm experience a plus.
COMPENSATION AND SUCCESS MEASURESBase: $80,000+ depending on experience. Target annual performance bonus: $20,000+
