ResponsibilitiesPosition Responsibilities:
- The Field Operations Manager is a rotational position that manages and oversees daily operational activities
- May work in various functions including, but not limited to: Warehouse, Delivery, Transportation, 3rd party distributors, Merchandisers, off-site storage facilities, Inventory, etc.
- Support and implement company initiatives to achieve performance, quality, and safety metrics
- Proactively improve process functioning and strive for enhanced levels of efficiency
- Assist in the establishment, analysis of daily/weekly KBI’s and submission of annual departmental budgets
- Adhere to the company’s standards and policies in addition to all regulatory requirements and promote and model a culture that reflects the company’s values and competencies
- Travel up to 50%
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 to 11 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience
