Location: Whitestone, NY (On-Site)

Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 base + performance bonus

Your Role at a Glance

As our Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind daily operations across multiple divisions. You’ll implement SOPs and scalable processes, develop and lead your teams, and keep our operations running seamlessly. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s passionate about refining systems and helping our team thrive together.

Key Responsibilities

Areas You’ll Oversee and Elevate:

  • Oversee operations across retail, events, corporate programs, installations, logistics, and plant-scaping.
  • Implement SOPs, KPIs, and scalable processes.
  • Identify workflow gaps and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Improve cross-department communication between sales, production, logistics, and customer service.
  • Use KPIs and reporting to drive accountability and performance.


Leading and Inspiring Your Team:

  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members.
  • Build a positive culture and strong leadership inside the organization.
  • Conduct coaching, evaluations, and corrective action as needed.
  • Lead diverse teams across both operational and creative functions.


Your Influence on Scheduling & Logistics

  • Oversee scheduling for staff, deliveries, installations, and event setups.
  • Manage inventory flow and supply needs.
  • Optimize routing, staffing, and warehouse organization.

Your Background & Experience

  • 5 to 10 plus years of operations management experience in retail, logistics, service-based, or production environments
  • Proven success in improving systems, workflows, and operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on role
  • Experience working with ownership or senior leadership
  • Tech-savvy and able to implement automation tools, CRM or ERP systems, and scheduling software
  • Positive, coachable, and committed to long-term growth
