About the RoleThe Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing warehouse day-to-day operations, end-to-end processes, while driving operational excellence in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
The role requires an analytical understanding of WMS, and proven experience developing high-performing teams. Success hinges on cross-functional collaboration with HR, maintenance, safety, quality & engineering teams.
You'll Make a Difference ByInbound/Outbound Operations Leadership- Overseeing daily inbound/outbound activities across a 1million square foot highly automated facility.
- Optimizing dock utilization, labor planning, and workflow design.
- Establishing and monitoring KPIs for inbound/outbound performance.
WMS & Systems Management- Driving efficiency by leveraging automation.
- Leveraging reporting tools to analyze trends and drive decisions.
Leadership & People Development- Managing and mentoring a team of supervisors, leads, and associates.
- Creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Partnering with HR on staffing, training, and succession planning.
Continuous Improvement & Strategy- Leading initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce operating costs.
- Developing SOPs and driving consistency across departments.
- Assisting with other responsibilities based on business needs.

About You- 3+ years in fast paced fulfillment or distribution.
- Proven leadership and cross-functional influence.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications- Strong expertise with Korber WMS.
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma.
- Bachelor's in supply chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
