Job Details
We are looking for a full-time Operations Manager to join our team.

Language required: English

Hours: 35-40 hours per week

On-site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Wage: $45.00 per hour

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Plan organize direct control and evaluate daily operations
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Establish objectives and monitor performance
Manage budgets resources and expenditures
Supervise and coordinate staff activities
Recruit train and evaluate employees
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Analyze operational reports and recommend improvements
Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions
Coordinate activities between departments
Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction
Prepare reports for senior management
