Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in workplace, office, or people operations, ideally in a fast-growing organization
• Proven track record managing office operations across multiple locations
• Skilled in people operations including onboarding and employee lifecycle management
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and managing a small team
• Hands-on operator capable of bringing structure to ambiguous situations
• Willingness to work onsite five days a week at Sunnyvale HQ

Responsibilities

• Own workplace operations, including facilities, AV, supplies, vendors, and insurances
• Lead office events and offsites, and manage the workplace budget across locations
• Oversee office moves, buildouts, and space planning as the company grows
• Collaborate closely with IT and security teams for seamless operations
• Manage the employee experience throughout the lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
• Support managers with HRIS, benefits coordination, policies, and compliance administration
• Hire, mentor, and manage a small team as the operational function scales
