ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel is seeking an experienced and results-oriented
Operations Manager to lead our Windsor, Ontario manufacturing facility.
This is a key site leadership role responsible for safety, operational performance, workforce development, continuous improvement, and long-term business success. The successful candidate will lead by example, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and help drive operational excellence while living the principles of the

What You'll Do- Lead all manufacturing and operational activities for the Windsor facility.
- Champion a culture of safety by actively promoting the ANDRITZ 8 Life-Saving Rules.
- Drive environmental stewardship, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop department leaders, shift supervisors, and manufacturing teams.
- Develop and execute operational strategies that improve profitability, productivity, and competitiveness.
- Manage facility budgets, capital investments, and business improvement initiatives.
- Ensure production goals, quality standards, and customer commitments are consistently achieved.
- Drive operational excellence through process, equipment, and quality improvements.
- Strengthen workforce capabilities through coaching, development, and succession planning.
- Foster a collaborative culture built on accountability, ownership, and continuous learning.
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations, plant management, or general management.
- Feed & Biofuel industry experience preferred.
- Experience leading teams within a matrix organization.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including:
- Profit & Loss management
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Balance sheet and cash flow management
- Proven success driving operational improvements and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
- Authorized to work in Canada.
