We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager, Accessory Line to lead the operational setup and ongoing management of our shower accessory business. This role will develop a scalable supply chain and distribution model, establish inventory and transportation strategies, coordinate vendor performance, and oversee daily operations to support exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and profitable growth.
Responsibilities
Lead the operational setup and launch of the accessory business, developing a scalable end-to-end supply chain and distribution model aligned with commercial requirements and growth plans.
Define inventory and stocking strategies, including product segmentation, replenishment principles, stock levels, and service targets, while balancing customer demand, working capital, and operating costs.
Develop and continuously optimize the distribution network, including delivery-hub locations and transportation strategies across parcel, less-than-truckload (LTL), and other delivery solutions.
Partner with Commercial, Procurement, Customer Service, Finance, and other stakeholders to establish operating requirements, processes, service expectations, and performance targets.
Manage day-to-day operations and lead the team, establishing clear responsibilities, standard processes, accountability, and a strong focus on customer service, quality, productivity, and cost.
Establish and monitor operational KPIs, identify performance gaps and root causes, and lead measurable improvements across inventory, distribution, transportation, and supplier performance.
Develop data-driven recommendations and business cases for changes to the distribution footprint, inventory strategy, resources, systems, transportation, and other investments needed to support profitable growth.
Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain, distribution, logistics, or operations management, including at least three years of experience leading teams.
Experience developing inventory and replenishment strategies, managing distribution and transportation operations, coordinating supplier performance, and establishing or scaling business operations.
Experience supporting a multi-location distribution network and parcel and LTL transportation preferred; experience in accessories, building materials, or a related product-distribution business is a plus.
Strong analytical, financial, leadership, project-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to develop business cases and translate operational data into measurable improvements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP and inventory-management systems; familiarity with WMS, TMS, and Power BI is preferred.
